We are thrilled to announce a special event celebrating the resilience and dedication of the widows in Taita Sub County. The Mvono Widows Cooperative Society, initiated by MCC, aims to provide a structured organization and enhance productivity for these hardworking women. To mark this significant milestone, we are also opening the Widow’s Shop, which will serve as an outlet for their products.

We are honored to have H.E. Christine Saru, Deputy Governor of Taita Taveta County, grace us with her presence and officially launch the cooperative society and shop. This event is a testament to the unwavering spirit and dedication of our widows who tirelessly support their households.
