Bridging the Digital Divide
Mvono Community ICT Centre serves as the central hub for the Digital Literacy Pilot Program, an initiative aimed at bridging the digital divide by providing children with access to computers, digital skills, and technology.
Through our partnership with Africa Tech for Tomorrow (ATFT), we have partnered with six schools whose learners regularly visit the ICT Centre to access computers for digital literacy training, research, and hands-on learning experiences.
This video introduces the partnership, highlights the need for equitable access to technology in rural communities, and showcases how the Digital Literacy Pilot Program is empowering the next generation with essential digital skills for the future.
