Empowering Youth OVCs Through Entrepreneurship

Empowering Youth OVCs Through Entrepreneurship

In partnership with the Centre for Social Leadership, we have launched an innovative three-month Entrepreneurship Program dedicated to training and equipping youth orphaned and vulnerable children (OVCs) with essential business skills. Our goal is not only to provide education but to set a foundation for sustainable income and financial independence.

Why This Program Matters

Youth OVCs often face financial challenges, limiting their access to education and employment opportunities. Our Entrepreneurship Program provides practical training, equipping participants with tools to start, manage, and grow businesses. Through hands-on sessions, mentorship, and guidance, the youth gain skills that help them break the cycle of poverty and build a brighter future.

Training and Support for Success

The program offers a robust curriculum covering business fundamentals, including budgeting, marketing, customer relations, and financial planning. Our trainers and mentors work closely with each participant to help them craft their business ideas into actionable plans. As a key part of our initiative, we aim to provide startup capital to help launch new businesses or support existing ventures, giving these young entrepreneurs the resources they need to succeed.
